“GET TO KNOW ME” helps initiate a conversation and helps you get to know your patients better.
The “GET TO KNOW ME” Board contains information including
what older adults prefer to be called, their favorite music, what makes them feel calm, their past occupations, hobbies, and the names of family members and pets, etc.
Family members easily create and print their own information page on a standard printer and insert the 8.5” x 11” paper.
